International Shipping & Delivery procedure
INCOMPLETE / SHORT / DAMAGED DELIVERY
In case a customer receives a short / damaged delivery, the same shall be shipped afresh / alongwith the next order, as possible and mutually agreeable. However, the customer should thoroughly check the packet upon delivery as to gross weight / condition before taking delivery / opening the package and signing the Proof of Delivery and also preserve the same carefully.
LOST / UNDELIVERED ORDERS
In case of any order being lost in transit / undelivered, we shall send the same afresh (However, if any customs duty is leviable in the importing country on the said parcel, the customer must bear and pay the same).
We strive to offer the best and genuine services to our customers at all times. However, things may not happen as planned / scheduled at all times due to unavoidable circumstances. We however, endeavour to make our best efforts to have the matter resolved to the full satisfaction of the customer.

Shipping within India
We work with DTDC & other Couriers as well as India Post.
We offer FREE SHIPPING across India for all orders of Rs. 499-00 and above.
For all orders below the value of Rs. 499-00, we charge a flat Rs. 50-00 extra as shipping charges.
And no domestic deliveries on sundays and holidays.
